Brewed with hops from JGL Shepherd Farms in Fleming, SK.
 
It's hop harvest season which means we have the ability to create a wet hop brew that can only be produced this time of year. Wet hop beers need to be brewed right after the hop is harvested. The hops made it into our brew in 4 hours from the vine.
We had a chance to walk the crops with JGL and do hop sensory on the different hop varieties. It was a difficult decision, but we decided on the Comet and Vista hops, and we couldn't be happier with the results. These hops give off a fresh green, peachy aroma and flavour. It tastes like the best peach lemonade you've ever had! The malt offers a smooth and creamy backbone to help balance this crushable beer.
 
Pairs well with the bounty of Saskatchewan's harvest. Happy Harvest!
